Solid Oak Floating Shelf – 4cm Thick

Add warmth and practical storage to your home with a handcrafted solid oak shelf. At 4cm thick, it offers a substantial surface for everyday essentials and favourite display pieces. Choose your length, depth, bracket style and oil colour to suit your space.

Made to suit your space

Each solid oak shelf is hand-planed and sanded to order. Choose from the available sizes, or contact us before ordering to discuss custom dimensions.

Shelf dimensions

• Length: the measurement from left to right along the wall.

• Depth: how far the shelf projects out from the wall.

• Thickness: 4cm (40mm).

Choose your brackets

Select your preferred bracket type from the available options. Shelves ordered with concealed fixings arrive pre-drilled for a floating appearance.

Oil finish

Choose your preferred oil colour to complement your interior. We can finish your shelf before dispatch or supply the selected oil for you to apply yourself. Contact us to arrange this option.

What is included

• One solid oak shelf in your selected size.

• Your selected bracket type.

Natural oak character

Every shelf has individual grain, colour variations and knots. Natural cracks and splits may also be present, and some changes can occur as the oak settles.

As each shelf is hand-finished, dimensions may vary by up to ¼ inch (approximately 6mm).

Made to order

Please allow 5-10 working days for dispatch. If you need your shelf by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Each piece is made to order in our workshop, with a standard production lead time up to 5 working days. Your order is carefully packed and sent by courier, with free UK delivery included. Transit time is additional and depends on your location.

Wipe with a soft cloth; re-oil every 18 months. Keep away from direct heat and standing water and the oak will only look better with age.
